ONRANK is experimental software on the TON blockchain. Read this before you put funds in.

1. You can lose everything you deposit. Coins launched here have no guaranteed value or liquidity; most go to zero.
2. Smart contracts are immutable and have not been audited by a third party. A bug could freeze or drain funds with no recourse.
3. Bonding-curve prices move with every trade. Your buy raises the price you pay; slippage limits protect you only up to the bound you set.
4. Ranks pay out only what the Vault actually earns. Rounds depend on external venues and may return less than spent, or nothing.
5. Transactions are final. A wrong amount, wrong wallet or rejected slippage cannot be undone by anyone, including the team.
6. During the opening phase, caps limit ranks, round sizes and buybacks. The admin key can pause the Factory, the Minter and Vault slots; it cannot take user funds.
7. Promo boosts paid in Telegram Stars buy 24h of visibility only. They are non-refundable and do not affect a coin's price, supply or safety.
8. Holder rewards and Rank payouts are on-chain and claimable only by you. Referral earnings are tracked off-chain by the ONRANK indexer and paid from protocol fees; they are not a promise of income.

Only use funds you can afford to lose. Keep your seed phrase private; nobody from ONRANK will ever ask for it.

1. ONRANK is a non-custodial interface to open-source smart contracts on the TON blockchain. Every transaction is signed in your own wallet; ONRANK never holds your funds or keys and cannot move, freeze or recover them.
2. You must be of legal age and allowed to use crypto-assets where you live. Do not use ONRANK if this is prohibited in your jurisdiction or if you are subject to sanctions. You are responsible for your own taxes.
3. Fees are taken by the contracts exactly as listed under Numbers. On-chain transactions and Telegram Stars payments are final and non-refundable.
4. Coins are created by users. ONRANK does not review, endorse or guarantee any coin, its creator or its links. Names, logos, descriptions and links are the creator's responsibility; unlawful, impersonating or misleading content may be hidden from the interface (it cannot be removed from the chain).
5. The Vault buys tokenized stocks (xStocks) from third-party venues. ONRANK has no control over their issuers, prices or availability. Tokenized stocks are not shares and carry no shareholder rights.
6. Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice, nor an offer of securities. The interface is provided as is, without warranty of any kind; to the fullest extent permitted by law ONRANK is not liable for any loss arising from its use. The interface may change or stop at any time; the contracts keep running on-chain.
7. By using ONRANK you accept these terms and the risks above. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.

1. What we store: your Telegram ID, username and first name (from the Telegram login), the wallet addresses you link, your referral code and who you invited, Telegram Stars payment ids, and the settings of groups where you added the buy bot. No email, no phone number, no message content.
2. Why: to run the app (session, rewards, notifications, promo ranking, referrals, buy bot). Your on-chain activity is public on the TON blockchain by nature and is read from public indexers.
3. Sharing: never sold or shared, except with the processors needed to run the service (hosting, Telegram, TON RPC providers) and when the law requires it.
4. Your choices: unlink a wallet from Profile at any time. To stop notifications, block the bot. To delete your account, message @soleil; off-chain data is removed within 30 days. On-chain data cannot be erased.
